Greg Campolieti comes from a highly talented extended family that includes prominent jazz musicians and members of the world famous Cleveland Orchestra. That probably explains why his stellar musical career has evolved from “simply” being a drummer to becoming a multi-instrumentalist, songwriter, and collaborator on original sounds and tribute performances.
In part good fortune, and in part because of his talent, Greg has performed with some of the great artists he grew up listening to and admiring, including The Other Ones, Bruce Hornsby, Ziggy Marley, Derek Trucks, Robert Bradley, the Allman Brothers Band, The McFaddens, Wally Bryson, and Glenn Schwartz. He’s also been in some great bands along the way, including The Jack Fords, Poetic Justice, Union Station, and River Junction.
Now, Greg is THE drummer in all three Triple Tribute bands, as well as doing vocals and helping arrange and direct the bands’ productions.
